- Limb Length Differences
- Mild Spina Bifida
- Ocular Motor Nerve Paralysis
- Visual Impairment
- Hepatitis B
- Other Minor or Correctable Handicaps

ReplyDeleteGlad I didn't need to do that. My social worker was very thorough and I did need to write an essay a to why I was comfortable adopting a child with a special need. As a single woman who was planning to adopt a bab y boy, I had to provide another essay of sorts on how I would parent a boy, male role models....
